Her negativity was so repellent and I couldn't be around her.
She was oblivious to it.
You become aware of your thinking by observing your thoughts.

When you catch yourself thinking negatively just observe it.
As your awareness increases your thinking will start to change.

It's easy to take what you have for granted.

Don't overlook the food in your fridge and a warm bed to sleep in. Millions of people don't even have that.

Spending time with optimistic people helps you stay positive.
Think about someone you know who has positive personality.
