How to Be Different and Live a Successful Life

How To Be Different

1. Know Yourself Well

What does it mean to know yourself?

It means having an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses.

You know your fears, and you have clear personal boundaries.

If you’re not confident you won't have the courage to share your gifts with the world.

2. Share Yourself With The World

So many talented people die with their music still inside of them.

They had talent and skill but they never got to share them with the world.

When you openly express your personality, people see how you live and they too feel inspired.

And more importantly, your self-esteem and confidence grow as well.

How To Be Different

3. Be 100% You

You need to override the desire to conform and be accepted.

There’s no way you’ll ever be successful long term by pretending to be someone you’re not.

You have to be yourself, your long-term happiness and success depend on it.

Be 100% you in all situations.

How To Be Different

4. Monetise Your Skills

You have a unique set of skills and interests which translate into something you can offer the world.

Whatever it is, move in that direction.

How can you monetise your skills and earn a living doing what you enjoy?

How can you get paid to do what you love?

How To Be Different

5. Get Around the Right People

Something magical happens when similar minds get together.

Sometimes it only takes one meeting, one conversation, or one idea to completely transform your life.

Ideas are like seeds.

They can plant in your mind, even without you being consciously aware of it.

Those seeds (ideas) grow into full-formed beliefs which shape your thoughts and behaviour.

Ally yourself with the right people.

The ideas you share could change your life by pointing you in a new direction.

When you have a like minded peer group you can feed off each others energy and inspire yourself to greatness.

6. Be an Inspiration

when you know who you are and you're living that out in the world people notice.

They feel inspired.

When they see you they give themselves permission to be their own true and authentic selves.

Your priority is to become your best self, while inspiring others to do the same.

How To Be Different

7. Avoid Social Narratives

Social narratives have existed since the beginning of time.

Critically analyze what you’re being told before you believe it's true.

Legendary magician and illusionist Harry Houdini once said “what the eyes see and the ears hear, the mind believes”.

This Is the essence of thought control.

There’s always an incentive, and a conflict of interest in social narratives.

Things aren't always as they seem. Take a closer look to get an idea of what’s really going on.

Once you’ve done that you can then decide to accept or reject the narrative.

How To Be Different

8. Back Yourself

If you don't back yourself, no one will.

Self confidence comes from knowing who you are and what you stand for.

As long as you have hesitation and self doubt your chances of success will be minimal.

When people see you have confidence they'll feel more confident around you as well.

  • Know yourself
  • Show yourself to the world
  • Be 100% you
  • Monetise your skills
  • get around the right people
  • Be an inspiration
  • Avoid social narratives and     negativity

The most successful people throughout history became that way because at some point they backed themselves.

There's no reason why you can't be one of them.

Stay focused, and keep winning!
