Spending time with negative people has a detrimental effect on your mind and your life.

Instead of buying into the negativity read books about interesting topics and expand your understanding of the world.
Learn about new perspectives that are different to your own.

Take what you feel is valuable and use it.
You become amazing by challenging yourself and cultivating your mind towards excellence.

Without good physical health you have nothing.
Set a fitness goal that excites you. Get yourself up and start moving.
Keep doing it until it becomes a habit and you don't even have to think about it anymore.
Clean food and regular exercise takes puts you on another level.
Everything in your life gets better when you're healthy and fit.
Your mind and body are both parts of the same system.
Keep them both in an optimal condition.
Living in a state of good health keeps your mind clear and causes your problems to lose their importance.

Toxic energy carries a negative impact on every facet of your life.

If you're watching hours of t.v each day how serious are you about being successful?
If you don't care about success you can watch as much t.v as you like.
But if you have any ambition at all you need to turn it off.
Release toxic energy from your life. Be your best self.
Be Conscious of Your Thoughts
Einstein once said, “we're boxed in by the boundary conditions of our thinking”.
Your thoughts and beliefs shape how you see yourself and the world around you.
Who you are is a result of how you think.

Take a look at your beliefs.
Some serve you well. Some hold you back.
