But you haven't done anything about it.
Making life changes isn't easy. But it's something you have to do.
The longer you wait the harder it becomes.
No one does it for you. You have to do it yourself.

10 Signs You Need to Change for the Better
1. You’re Not excited About Life
Somethings wrong if your not excited or interested in life.
If you feel like life's boring or mundane, then you need to make changes.
Try out some new activities and find something you enjoy.
You once had hopes and dreams that motivated you and made you feel alive.
Reignite that passion and excitement in your life.
Set new goals. Travel to new places. Meet new people. Get a new job or start a new hobby.
Get off your butt and do something.
Break out of your current routines. Make new ones.
Don't waste your days feeling bored or uninterested with your life.
Take action. Get yourself moving.
2. You Feel Like You’re Not Making Any Progress
Do you have goals for yourself but you feel like you're not getting any closer to them?
Having goals isn't enough. You need to be executing on them, aggressively.
Dabbling gets you nowhere.
Fear, procrastination, and limiting beliefs are what hold people back.
Progress comes from action.
To advance in anything you need to keep moving forward.
Stasis is death.

Give yourself more structure and accountability.

It's frustrating when you're not making progress and you can't see any results.
But over time they'll come.
You don't get a six-pack in your first week at the gym.
You don't build a six-figure business in a month.
Set your objectives and track your progress.
Good things take time.
Focus your efforts on doing the right things now.
3. You Don’t Get Any Pleasure From Your Work
If you don’t like your job make a plan to leave.
I meet people who don't enjoy their job (and they're happy to say it) but they don't leave for a better one.
Isn't that strange?
It's like staying in a relationship that makes you miserable but not breaking up.
You'll be working for more than half your life.
Why would you spend all that time doing something you don't like?
People fear change and avoid it with procrastination and excuses.
They say 'I want something better'.
But they don't do anything about it.
We've all worked boring jobs. I've had plenty.
The dissatisfaction I felt in those jobs was the driver that kept me pushing for something better.
You might not be able to leave your job immediately.
But start the process today.
Write your resignation letter. Set yourself a date by which you'll be gone. Start applying for better jobs.
If you're dissatisfied with your job or career it's time to change it for a better one.
4. You Watch Too Much T.V

Unless your promoting a real business on social you don't need to be there.
There's nothing wrong with Netflix or social media in itself.
The problem is using them to escape from from life.
Watching other people doesn't make your own life better.
It's a misuse of valuable time.
When people tell me they're not happy the first thing I ask is how much time they waste on social media and Netflix.
Hours of productivity are being wasted.
If you prefer to lay around binge watching tv all day that's entirely up to you.
No one can tell you how you live your life.
But don't complain in five years when your life hasn't changed.
Every action has consequence.
If you know you need to change for the better, turn off Netflix. Close your social apps. Stop staring at your phone.
Invest that time doing something more productive.
5. You Have Low Energy and You Don't Exercise
If you want more out of life you need to get more out of yourself.
Who you are now won't get you to where you want to be.
You'll have to change a few thoughts and behaviours.
Physical exercise and happiness are inextricably linked (read the study here).
If you have low energy and you're unhealthy that's the first change you need to make.
To live an awesome life you need awesome energy.
When you feel better you do better.
You don't have to be an elite athlete. Just follow a few basic rules until they become habits.
Avoid rubbish food. Join a gym. Hire a trainer. Increase your current workout rate.
You'll improve your life in every way.
6. You'd Rather Stay in Bed Than Get Up and Go
If you dread your day when your alarm goes off you definitely need to make a few changes.
Wanting to sleep excessively can be a sign of unhappiness or depression.
Bed is a comfort zone. A place to hide from and avoid the outside world.
If you don’t have anything to look forward to try setting new goals.
Find something you can look forward to.
Regulate your sleeping pattern.
Organise yourself the night before so as soon as you wake up you're ready to go.
Book your appointments and activities for the earliest times you can.
That way you have to get up.
Have a morning routine that you look forward to.
You'll want to get out of bed and it improves your whole day.
7. You Use Drugs and Alcohol to Relax and Escape
Do you need drugs and alcohol to relax or escape?
Both wear down your body and mess with your mind.
Some drugs can be beneficial under the right circumstances.
But needing them is a bad sign.
Excessive use of drugs and alcohol have a way of quickly spiralling out of control.
Ask any addict or alcoholic.
They start out as dabblers and before they knew it they have a full blown addiction.
That's not a place you want to be.
Changing yourself for the better means looking at your habits and results, then deciding which ones you need to change.
The hardest part is deciding to make the change and following through.
The good news is it gets easier from there.
7. You’re Friends Are Toxic
What kind of people are you spending your time with?
Do they energise or drain you?
You rise or fall to meet the expectations of your environment.
Set your own expectations and commit to exceeding them.
Cut off anyone in your life who isn't conducive to your success.
Be selective about who you spend time with.
It effects you more than you think.
Look at the people around you. If they're overly negative and toxic, cut them fast.
9. Your Relationship is Full of Drama
A relationship should be a harmonious experience.
If you're fighting and arguing more often than not you're probably with the wrong person.
There are a lot of reasons people stay in dysfunctional relationships.
Some people know they're with the wrong person but they're too fearful or lazy to leave.
If your relationship's full of drama and confrontation get out fast.
It destroys your inner peace.
If you find yourself fighting constantly with your partner it's time for a change.
10. You Never Travel Anywhere New
When was the last time you went somewhere new?
Away from where you live and outside of your everyday routine.
Exploring new places and cultures gives you a fresh perspective.
It renews your mind and allows you time to think.
If you always stay in the same place following the same routine you become automatised.
Travelling reminds you there's more than one way to live.
You always have options. You can always change for the better.
